He is survived by: his mother Betty Joan Biggs Napier; his children, Ashley Hutchings, Amanda Mike, Melissa Mike and Charles Simpson; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Hobbs, Darren Collins and Austin Sloan; his great grandchild Hazel Sparks; his former wife Denise Peterson; his brothers, James Napier, Michael Napier, George Biggs and Jeff Biggs; and his cousin Andrea Napier Minor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and furbabies.
