She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward R. Miller and Blanche E. Martin Miller; her husband John Chasteen; her son Tim Chasteen; and her brothers, Gerald, Kenneth and Lowell.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Angelina Breitenbach (Rusty) of Richmond and Andrea Bryson (Cameron) of Vandalia; her daughter-in-law Regenia Lairson (Kenneth) of Vandalia; and her sister-in-law Linda Sigmon (Bobby) of Richmond. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
