He is survived by: his children, Brad Collins (Lisa) of Kentucky, Brandy Muncie (Lynn) of Kentucky, Amanda Zieber of Kentucky and Sebastian Collins of Richmond, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Jayden, Christian, Priscilla, Preston and Austin; and his siblings, Joy and Jack Collins (Marilyn) of Hagerstown, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
