He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kathy Shaw (Richard) of Richmond, Diana Haagar (Jim) of Richmond and Barry Nelson (Lisa) of Parker City; his stepsons, Anthony Arnold (Christie) of Richmond and Charles Ray Arnold (Tammy) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Stephania, Jimmie, Billie, Stacie, Jackie, Leah and Gary; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy, Kristi, Sean, Ashley, Trevor, Zach, Brock and Kristina; and his nieces, Janie and Julie. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
