She is survived by: her mother Janie Beeler (Crowe); her husband Michael Scott Goins of Richland, IN; her children, Ryan Goins (Jordan) and Tyler Goins (Holli); her grandchildren, Carter, Kennedy, Reagan, Haley, Hayden and Eli Goins; and her siblings, Karen Goins (Frank) and David Beeler (Tonia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
