He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Allen (Eddie) of Monon, Cheryl Longest of Noblesville and Tina Matthew (John) of Logansport; his siblings, Beverley Ulyat of Kentland, Jerry Ulyat (Martha) of Remington and Rosalie Mathis of Kentland; his grandchildren, Gwen, Nolin, Josh, Zach, Leah and Meagen; and his great grandchildren, Carlee, Evan, Owynn, Easton, Waylon and Brayden.
