He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Delaney and Gladys Delaney (Doyle); and his siblings, Sharon, Diane and Bob.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Martin; his children, Annette Mullins (Ernie), Kenneth Delaney (Lori), Debra Schultz (Tim), Michael Delaney (Janet), Julie McWhirter (John Watkins), Jim Tucker and Kathy Tucker; and his siblings, Steve, Rick, Linda, Patty, Vicky and Sandy. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
