Katheryn Herod Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katheryn Herod of Rensselaer, Indiana, born in Bloomfield, Indiana, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raliegh Strauser and Elsie Strauser (Shields); and her husband Robert Herod. She is survived by: her brother William Strauser (Linda) of Noblesville, Ind.; and her daughters, Wilma Keiper (Michael) of Rensselaer, Shiela Bickley (Paul) of Bloomington and Debbie Marzano of Rensselaer, Ind.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private family graveside service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Katie's honor may be made to the Garden Lane Unit at the Rensselaer Care Center, 1309 E. Grace St., Rensselaer, IN 47978.
