She is survived by: her sons, Richard William Cook (Viola) of Lowell, IN, Randy Cook (Cindy) of Rensselaer and Roger Earl Cook (Sue) of Rensselaer; her grandchildren, Wendy Drinnon of Rutledge, TN, Jodie Briggs of Cedar Lake, IN, Grover Neal Cook (Melissa) of Lowell, Richard William Cook II (Ashley) of Kentland, IN, Madonna Vanderwall (Josh) of Fowler, IN, Brandee Moore (Kevin) of Rensselaer, Bradley Cook (Brandy) of Rensselaer, Sarah Henry (Dave) of Rensselaer and Jennifer Carlson (Matt) of Morocco, IN; her siblings, Donald Curnutt (Sharon) of Monticello, IN and Kathy Mroczek (John) of Rensselaer; her nieces, Donna Epler (Stephanie) of Maryland, Donita Curnutt of Rantoul, IL, Carla Slentz (Greg) of Rensselaer and Barbara Mroczek of Rensselaer; her nephew Mike Mroczek (Kim) of Monticello; and her great grandchild Ayden Cook. She is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
