He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Forand (DeLorge). He is survived by: his father Robert Forand (Jeannie) of Florida; his siblings, Pamela Scott, Judy Forand and Robert Forand, Jr.; and his caregivers, Juanita and Corie Lovell of Elwood. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
