She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Guise and Esther Guise (Schooley); her spouse Dale Mangun; and her brother Eugene Guise Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Mangun of Leiters Ford, IN, Sandra Wynn (Kevin) of Monterey, IN and Tina Mamke (Glenn) of Peoria, IL; and her sister Barbara Carey of Inwood, IN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
