With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan C. Thomas (Plymouth, Indiana), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Herek and Rose Herek (Wasserbauer); her husband Allen Thomas; her children, Joseph and Deborah Thomas; her grandsons, Shane Thomas and Victor Everage; her great grandchild Cheyenne Spence; and her brother Richard Herek.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Thomas (Denise) of Knox, Brigitte Kurtz (Jessie Philpot) of Grovertown, Monica Elder (George) of Knox, Gina Grounds (Nate Dickens) of Bloomington and Frances Hartman (Dale) of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Allen Thomas III (Brittany), Shelby Reyna (Isidore), Ryan Reyes, Autumn Spence, Brooke Spence, Mitchell Thomas, Sequoya Elder, Georgiana Hatter (Ryan), Page Duran (Eric), Abram Elder, Nathanael Elder and Elijah Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Rosie, Roxie, Ryleigh Jo, Eastin, Rhett, Mariana and Freya.
