He is survived by: his sons, Adam Faulstich of Plymouth, IN, Ryan Faulstich (Nicole) of Bremen, IN, Kevin Faulstich (Melissa) of Etna Green, IN and Kyle Faulstich of Columbus, MI; his granddaughters, Payton, Parker, Paisley, Evren, Hasana and Hebekah; his former wife Mary Dunham Faulstich; and his siblings, Eugene Faulstich (Carolyn) of Plymouth, IN, David Faulstich (Veda) of Plymouth, IN, Marie White (Bob) of Lafayette, IN and Carol Blake (Brian) of Plymouth, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
