He was predeceased by: his father Joe Toliver Howell; and his sister Brenda Iams. He is survived by: his mother Naretta Jo Howell (McSurley); his sons, Caleb and Austin; his siblings, Phyllis King and Gary Howell; and his fiancé Delma. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, twelve great-nieces and nephews.
