He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Ellis, Sr. and Clara Ellis (Thompson); his wife Carolyn; and his girlfriend Frances McLemore. He is survived by: his close friend Bandit; his sons, Robert Larry Ellis, Jr. of Bourbon and Keith Allen Ellis (Melinda) of Argos; his grandchildren, Tristian Smith (Blake), Jarrod Ellis Kory (Rachel Czarnecki), Marcus Ellis and James Ellis; his siblings, Shirley Farkas (Richard), Gary Ellis, Sharon Schaetzle (Tim), Terry Ellis (Diane), Marian Junior and Randy Ellis; and his pet Bandit. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
