She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd M. Fleck and Mildred Louise Fleck (Combs); her stepmother Bonnie Fleck (Bope); her husbands, Ira Samuels and Billy Hesler; and her brother Kevin Fleck Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Kandi Samuels of Texas, Angela Samuels-Judy (Kevin) of North Liberty and Scott Samuels of Argos; her sister-in-law Pam Fleck; and her stepsiblings, Toni Samuels (Wayne Speedy), Billi Brantley (Troy), Raymond Bope (Sharon) and Steve Bope. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
