He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Burden and Banks Burden of Inwood; his daughter Melissa Hafner (Dan); his sister Virginia; his brother-in-law Bud Phelps; his niece Vickie Larson (Rich); and his son-in-law John Glaub.
He is survived by: his close friends, Frank, Gary Ritenour and Larry; his daughter Angela Schalla (Doug); his wife Frances Martindale Fuller; his grandchildren, Carrie Schramm, Patrick Glaub, Christopher Glaub (Megan), Jonathon Glaub (Megan), Anthony Glaub (Brittany), Michael Martindale, Megan Martindale, Jason McInerny, Brittany Gauthier (Joe), Austin Schalla, Tiffany Schalla, Joshua Burden and Mikayla Burden; his children, Mary Pat Glaub (John), Paul Martindale (Kristi) and Matt Burden (Jenny Gao); his son-in-law Dan Hafner; his nieces, Sandy Manuwal (Jim), Jackie Wright (Dave) and Karla "Susie" Bellmer (Terry); and also, Mary Pat Glaub (John) and Paul Martindale (Kristi). He is also survived by friends, pets.
