Smith (Plymouth, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard J. "Dick" and Edna Mildred "Mid" Grolich (Bowles); and her sister Beverly Jean Taylor. She is survived by: her partner Terry Tahara of Bremen; her children, Todd A. Smith (Laury) of Scottsdale, AZ, Jana L. Ferraro (Robert) of Chandler, AZ, Megan Crim (Brian) of New Palestine, IN and Tom Tahara of Bremen; her grandchildren, Finley Smith, Charlie Ferraro, Brooklyn and Jameson Crim; and her brothers, John Grolich (Deanna) and Tim Grolich (Lula). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Most recently, she safely ushered them through the Covid pandemic.
