He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Stahl (Neace) of Plymouth, Indiana.; his daughter Wilma Neace of Rochester; his grandson Codell Neace-Phillips of Rochester; his sister Karen Obenchain (Ron) of Plymouth; and his stepfather Kenneth Iliff of Bremen.
