He was predeceased by: his father James R. Kruzick; and his brother Raymond Kruzick. He is survived by: his mother Helen L. Kruzick (Coyne) of Ft. Myers, FL; his wife Nancy of Cape Coral, FL; and his daughters, Jill Lehman (Rodney) and Lorrie Kruzick. He is also survived by 3 Grandsons, 1 granddaughter, and 1 great-grandson.
