He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Brinkman and Jeanette M. Brinkman (Nitcher); his wife Judith A. Muffley; and his son Jimmie. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen "Kris" Reitz (Barrie) of Plymouth and Judy Ruffing (Lester "Frank") of Argos; his grandchildren, Jennifer Livesay (Zac) of Noblesville, Roseann DePersio (Andrew) of Indianapolis, Jonathan Reitz (Kristin) of Remington and Joseph Ruffing (Ashley) of Argos; his great grandchildren, Annmarie and Ada DePersio; his siblings, Sandy Jarvis of Mishawaka and Phil McGowen of South Bend; and his aunt Ginger Spencer. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and his faithful companion, his dog.
