With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack R. Stapleton (Plymouth, Indiana), born in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, who passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hansel Stapleton and Nora Stapleton (Maynor); his siblings, Lloyd Stapleton, Bobby Coleman and Reable Robinson; his brother-in-law Donald Potter; his son-in-law Pedro Vasquez; and also Don Creed.
He is survived by: his children, Daphne Stapleton of Plymouth and David Stapleton of Plymouth; his former wife Vida Creed; his siblings, Jim Stapleton (Tava) of Elkhorn, KY and Helen Potter of Crestline, OH; his grandchildren, Jillian Smith and Ricky Elm (Brittney); and his great grandchild Don Fox Elm.
He would visit Vida through the window at the nursing home throughout covid.
