He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harrell and Harriett Harrell (Brocus); his son Larry Harrell; and his stepdaughter Penny Fox. He is survived by: his wife Connie Triplet; his children, Cheryl Berger (Marc), Laura Nifong, Nancy Pomeroy (Doug), Victoria Hahn (Carey), Frank Harrell and Jim Harrell; and his son-in-law Ed Fox.
In light of the continuing concerns regarding Covid-19, wearing face masks and social distancing will be required during the visitation and funeral service.
