He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Betty Shidaker and Richard Bush; his sisters, Anjelica Bush and Charlotte Bush Ojeda; and his uncles, John and Randy Shidaker.
He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Bush (Rick) and Dennis Bush (Betty); his sisters, Nicole Rodriguez (Marco), Jessica Hite, Jenny Bush and Liza Pike (Mark); and his grandmother Vivian Bush. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
