Dorothy O. Thomas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy O. Thomas (Plymouth, Indiana), who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur and Viola Belle Thomas (Berger); her grandson Charles Wallick; her sons, Harold, Timothy and Rick; and her siblings, Irene Thomas, Mabel Heflick, Gerald, Howard and Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Wallick (Suzanne), Gary Wallick, Debra Woodward (Scott) and Wayne Samuels; her daughters-in-law, Carrie Samuels, Cheryl Samuels and Becky Samuels; and her brother Donald. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
