He is survived by: his parents, Henry Tibbs and Paula Tibbs (Trump) of Plymouth; his wife Janet Bailey; his children, Grace, Morgan, Adalyne Tibbs and Layne Tibbs; and his brothers, Jason Tibbs (Pauline) of Walkerton, Jeremy Tibbs of North Liberty and Bryce Tibbs (Kaitlyn) of Plymouth.
As we will be following new guidelines regarding Covid-19, some restrictions may apply, as the guidelines are frequently changing. Face masks are required as well as social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made towards the care of Brad's children.
