She is survived by: her sons, James A. Adams of Plymouth, IN and Robert Adams of Marion, IN; her stepson Edwin Kokoszki, Jr. of Ft. Wayne; and her siblings, Robert Burgess of Plymouth and Linda Piper of Plymouth. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
