She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Guy and Bernice Hendrix; her parents-in-law, Ivan and Daisy Read; and her daughter Debra A Read.
She is survived by: her husband James W; and her sons, James L (Debra), Thomas I (Jacqueline), Robert A (Karen) and David A (Shellie). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren (plus spouses) and 38 great-grandchildren.
