She is survived by: her parents, Jason Antich and Angela Antich of Plymouth; her sisters, Courtney Fonseca (Tim) of South Bend and Krysta Zentz of South Bend; her grandparents, Lindy Snyder (Ron) of Plymouth and Jerry Shafer of Plymouth; her aunts, Robin Klaker (Mike) of Avon, IN and Rhonda Antich of Plymouth; and her caregiver Shelly McKee.
