It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marietta Sweetheimer of Pierceton, Indiana, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sleighter and Lillian Sleighter; her daughter Cynthia (Petersen); her husband Charlie; and her grandson Shane Krull.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Sweetheimer (Valerie) of Pierceton and Beth Krull (Hubert) of Milford; and her grandchildren, Cari Sweetheimer of Columbia City, Wendy Bishop, Shawn, Lissa Krull, Emily, Jason Bales of Larwill, Megan, Scott Sibert, Shad, Sara Krull, Shanna and Chris Shepherd of Remington. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren who live locally and several nieces and nephews.
