He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Helen Willis; his parents, Fred Frandsen and Dorothy Frandsen; his daughter Pamela Willis; and his sister Gail Beck.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Willis (Tonya) of Petersburg and Sherry Willis of Winslow; his grandchildren, Ashlee Willis, Krista Robinette and Cierra Young; his great grandchildren, Azlin Bennard, Kreigh Robinette and Layn Young; and his brother Eugene Frandsen.
