He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Miley and Mary Miley (Spade); his wife Barbara Belk; his children, Bryan Miley, Mark Loyd, Sheila Miley Bjorkquist and Teri Waltz (David); and his sister Betty Newton (Paul). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren.
