He is survived by: his daughters, Tabitha Kendall (Jaraid) and Amanda Ray (Ryan); his brothers, Bruce Mattice (Sara) and Wayne Mattice; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Stepp (Marissa), Ethan Cook (Cheyenne), Rylan Kendall (Sara), Grace Walsh, Lucas Fritzman (Ayla), Kya Fritzman and Jayleb Walsh; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Malcolm, Vivian, Lyric, Oliver, Brysen and Kennleigh-Rae; and his brother Glenn Waltman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
