She was predeceased by: her half-brother William Zambenini. She is survived by: her husband William "Steve" Kidwell; her daughters, Ashley N. Kidwell and Katelyn M. Kidwell; her pet Millie; her parents, George W. Warner and Shelva J. Warner (Trout); and her half-sisters, Candice Nuttall (Zambenini) and Teresa Smith (Zambenini). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.

Sherry was honored with the Wabash Valley Community Foundation Excellence in Teaching Award in May of 2020.
