She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Claudell "Bud" Lewis; and her sister-in-law Tracy Lynne Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Rolland Lewis of Patriot, IN; her sons, Christopher Parker Lewis (Andrea) of Moorefield, IN and Jacob Allen Lewis (Emily) of Rising Sun, IN; her grandchildren, Hunter, Leah and Landon; her mother-in-law Phyllis E. Lewis (Smith) of Vevay, IN; and her siblings-in-law, Deena Knight (Michael) of Vevay, IN, Bubby Lewis (Michelle Springer) of Vevay, IN, Bobby Lewis (Bonnie) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Rick Lewis (Kara) of Taylorsville, KY. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
