He is survived by: his wife Joyce O'Neal of Paragon; his children, Brian O'Neal (Jennifer) of Greenwood and Robin Hovious of Paragon; and his siblings, Marvin O'Neal (Judy) of Martinsville and Ginny Brawley (Wendall) of Paragon. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
