She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles K. Sample and Oris Sample (Thompson); her husband Donald W. Veach; and her son Gregory Veach. She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy McDaniel (Bruce) of Gosport, Charles Sample, Darrell Sample (Linda) of Martinsville, Gary Sample (Connie) of Whitaker, Larry Sample of Paragon, Douglas Sample (Cathy) of Paragon, Brent Sample (Teresa) of Paragon and Ronald Sample of Gosport. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
