She is survived by: her husband Rick Hornberger of Paragon; her daughters, Christy Lockhart (Brian Walls) of Martinsville and Stephanie Webb (Eric) of Mooresville; her daughter-in-law Angie Gore of Spring, Texas; her stepmother Jocelyn Sue Silcox of Knifely, Kentucky; her siblings, Larry Silcox II (Mercy) of Weimar, Texas and Karen Mallozzi of Lebanon, Oregon; her grandchildren, Stephen, Kellsey, Michaela, Anthony, Jordan, Cede, Trinity, Alison, Katelynn, Jada and Thomas; and her nieces and nephews, Rece and Trey. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
