John David Hovious Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Hovious (Paragon, Indiana), who passed away on May 4, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Hovious and Murl Hovious (Moran); his brothers, Gene Hovious (Melsa) of Marion, Darrell Hovious (Cheri) of Martinsville and Keith Hovious (Ruthann) of Martinsville; and his wife Edna Marie Hovious (Wright).
He is survived by: his children, John Douglas "Doug" Hovious (Stacy) of Paragon and Kim Tingle (Dan) of Martinsville; his sister Judy Black (Ron) of Martinsville; and his grandchildren, Ryan Scott (Stacey), Amy Tingle, Sonya Payne (Nathan), Austin Hovious and Cole Hovious.
As requested by the governor, those attending the service will need to meet the guidelines for social distancing and other sanitation measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
