She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Eugene Andrews of Paragon; her children, Bobby Moore (Mahaley) of Cloverdale and Stormy Crone (Raymond) of Bloomington; her siblings, Mark English of Paducah, KY, Steven Perryman (Dee) of Mooresville, Billy Perryman of Pecos, TX, Michael Perryman of Greenwood, Jamie Perryman (Kim) of Bloomington, IN and Cathy English of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Cody and Jesse; and her great grandchild Bentley.
