He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spear and Izetta Spear (Savage); and his siblings, Paul, Robert, Vernon, Charles Spear, Betty Turney, Rita Augustine and Evelyn Spear.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Spear; his daughters, Kristy York (Larry) and Jami Allen (Ryan); his grandchildren, Zackary York (Emily), Jordan York and Ty Allen; his great grandchild Weston Peacock; and his brother James Spear.
