She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clarence Hazlett, Wilburn E. Butts Sr. and Delia Marie Butts. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Butts and Donna Butts (Hazlett); her husband John Tice, Jr.; her stepson John Tice III; her grandmother Erma Hazlett; and her parents-in-law, John and Sharon Tice, Sr.. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
