He was predeceased by: his parents, James Whittler and Alma Lee Whittler (Overton); and his siblings, Ray Whittler, Roger Whittler, Donald Whittler, Steven Whittler, Michael Whittler, Allen Whittler and June Foribeter.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Whittler (Farrar); and his children, Marvin Whittler (Bonnie) and Shirley Walthers. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
