He was predeceased by: his parents, Monty Welch and Goldie Welch; his fiancée Melody House; his siblings, Audrey Madden and Gary Welch; his grandsons, Randy and Matt; and his great grandchild Keyah.
He is survived by: his children, James Welch Jr. (Darlene), Gary Welch (Kate Greathouse), Shelley Strode, Sandy Simmons and Robbin Weber (Wayne); his grandchildren, Rene, DJ, Joey, Christopher, Amber, Kimberly and Cody; and his siblings, Candy Medlen and Jerry Welch.
All those who wish to honor and remember Jim in person at the service is required to wear a mask for the safety of all those in attendance. Social distancing will be enforced.
