She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Chamberlain Sr. and Viola Chamberlain Sharp (Straw); and her siblings, Alma "Katie" Vogel, Betty Jean Scott and Troy Chamberlain.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Ellsworth (Bob), Jack Fetcher, Michael G. (Pamela) and Darlena (Keith).
