She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wayne Higginbotham and Janavieve Higginbotham (Wilder); her grandparents, Darrell and Lorena Wilder; and her sister Dian Higginbotham.
She is survived by: her husband Carrel Lang; her children, Jamie Lang, Jeremy Lang (Amber), Ashtin Lang and Amya Lang; her grandchildren, Asia, Chayah, Elias, Ephraim and Tzipporah; her brothers, Darrell Higginbotham (Kathy) and David Higginbotham (Doris); and her aunts, Annavieve Creek and Carol Warren.
All those who wish to honor and remember Debbie in person at the service is required to wear a mask for the safety of all those in attendance. Social distancing will be enforced.
