She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Staggs and Flossie Staggs (Spurgeon); her son Jeffery Allen Rush; and her siblings, Betty Mae Acton, Bob Staggs, Morris Staggs, Steve Staggs and Doris Spurgeon.
She is survived by: her husband Jarold Rush of Owensburg; her children, Lisa Rush of Scottsdale, Arizona, Donald Rush (Miriam) of Lynnville, Indiana and Amy Bowling Loogootee (Mark); her grandchildren, Shane Mendenhall, Tiera Rush, Mariah Rush and Garrett Carter; her great grandchild Gracelynn Carter; and her siblings, Ronnie Staggs, Joe Staggs, Alberta Barlow, Cloris Hook and Carolyn Hudson.
The family wishes any memorial donations be made to the Parkinson Foundation in Marilyn's name.
