He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Lewis and Norma Jean Padgett (Tolbert); his wife Mary Padgett (Freeland); and his brother Jeff Padgett. He is survived by: his siblings, Jann Harkness (Lonnie) of Orleans, Steve Padgett (Dean) of Clermont, IN, Fred Padgett (Sandy) of Paoli, Jim Padgett (Leslie) of Orleans and D. K. Padgett (Becky) of Orleans; his sister-in-law Sherry Padgett of Orleans; and his stepdaughter Julie McDaniel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
