He is survived by: his son Derek Collins of French Lick; his close friend Beth Hess of Orleans; his grandson Eli Collins of French Lick; his stepgranddaughters, Rebekkah and Eloise; and his siblings, Ronnie Collins of Brownsburg and Kathy Morgan of Paoli. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
