He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Magdalene Silvers (New); and his brothers, Jerry Wayne Silvers and Donny Edward Silvers. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Ruth Jones of Orleans; his children, Susie Taylor (Michael) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Landice Brent Silvers, Jr. of Tampa, FL and Darrin Wayne Silvers (Jamie) of Staunton, IN; his grandchildren, Stephen Taylor (Mandy), Glenda Ashley Beckett (John), Jake Silvers, Savannah Silvers, Ella Silvers and Weston Silvers; and his brothers, William "Junior" Silvers, Warren Silvers and James Silvers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
